Car Rentals

Insurance Policy

Our cars are fully insured for accidents that are the fault of others. The car insurance applies only between our company and the car renter. Before the renter picks up the vehicle, we conduct a damage report together and take photos of the car to avoid any misunderstandings. The rates include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

CDW comes with an excess. Your liability for vehicle damage is €800 for Group A and €1,000 for Group B. CDW covers only the body of the car for damages caused by the renter. It does not cover glass, wheels & tires, the interior, mirrors, the roof, underbody, engine, or headlights.

Optional Extra Insurances:

Please note that our company does not provide insurance that covers the car's roof and interior. In case of damage, the renter is responsible for the costs.

Kilometer Limitation

There is no limit on kilometers within Zakynthos.

Taxes

Prices include VAT at 24%.

Traffic Violation Fines and Administrative Sanctions

Any tickets or administrative sanctions resulting from violations of Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are solely the renter's responsibility. If any such sanctions are not disclosed at the end of the rental period, the violation will be charged to the renter.

Fuel Policy

Fuel is the responsibility of the customer. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental period. No refunds will be given for incorrectly overfilling the fuel tank.

Rental Length

The minimum rental period is 2 days. Charges for delays in returning the vehicle are as follows: the first hour – no charge; after 2 hours, an extra day’s rate will apply.

Driver's License

Drivers must have a valid full driving license held for at least one year. An International Driving License is required for non-European Union citizens or those without a European driver’s permit. Licenses not written in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving License.

Age Requirement

The renter and any associated drivers must be a minimum of 23 years old. The driver must be under 75 years old to be fully covered by insurance.

Ferrying of the Car

Our vehicles are not permitted to be transported by ferry outside Zakynthos Island.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection are free of charge at all destinations. After-hours delivery and collection (23:00 – 05:00) are subject to a €20 charge.

Booked Car Availability

If for any reason (e.g., car damage, lack of availability, natural disasters) the car you booked is not available, we will replace it with a vehicle of the same or higher category at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel at any time. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
